Friendly staff, AMAZING room service, attentive, big rooms.

No parking valet is messy, staff doesn’t explain how to validate parking and you have to walk back and forth to get in and out by car.

the hotel is nice, the rooms on the convention side of the hotel are huge. two separate bedrooms and a kitchen. it’s great for long stays.

the front desk staff did not explain the COVID changes for the hotel. the restaurants in the Convention tower are closed. you have to go to another hotel tower next door to eat lunch or dinner. that was not explained upon check in. there should have been a notification up one booking that not all normal services were available. additionally, it wasn’t clear that there are 3 different hotels as a part of this Brasil 21 complex, they are the same company, but with very different room rates and quality of customer service. I found that there was a huge lack of communication from the front desk staff. I am transferring to the main tower because the service, quality of stay, better rooms, less expensive, and better customer service in the mail tower than the convention center.
