Hotel Brasil 21 Suites, Affiliated by Meliá

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff super polite and ready to help. Clean, spacious suite, facilities , great location , perfect breakfast!!! We loved it. Would come Back in a blink’of the eye😍

The hotel was very central to the places we wanted while visiting Brasilia. The room was fine, the breakfast was okay too. The staff at the reception were helpful and spoke good English, which was great as we didn’t speak Portuguese.

The Wi-Fi was so slow. Ever time you went on to use it everything took so long to load. How business people cope I don’t know. Also, when we first arrived we had one small bottle of complimentary water for two people. One each would have been good! The bottle had a cap, which needed an opener! There wasn’t one in the room, so we rang down to reception, it took 20 minutes for one to arrive. Not great when we arrived later after a flight. When I questioned only get one bottle I was told it was complimentary, any more and we had to pay for water after that!!

The hotel is at a great location, walking distance to the City Park, Shopping Malls and other tourist areas including government ministries. The shower was good and room is quite also spacious with a kitchen, fridge

The room I was given was a bit dated (interior). The WiFi was bad and too slow. The breakfast is ok, but could be better. The reception area does not give confidence.

The room didn't look anything like the pictures on booking.com. Instead of the bright contemporary style in the photos, expect a dark 1980s vibe
