Unicum Roma Suites

Property was very well maintained, bed was very comfortable with a nice nature view and a very quiet/calm environment.

Property is a bit far from all the main attractions but you can still make it by using public transport. The cleaner was a bit intense in wanting us to leave the room so she can clean which is fine but not ideal when you’re trying to catch on sleep and relax.

A beautiful apartment with a lovely balcony overlooking the countryside. Amazing host who provided information on activities in the area.

The bed was very comfortable as was the bathroom. Quiet location too

It was a bit weird to have a room inside what is really an apartment with self check in. At first I felt a little unsure as a woman travelling alone and the door of the room does not have a safety latch preventing anyone (with an electronic key) from coming in. I barricaded the door overnight and then slept well Coming

The quick and kind direct communication from the management, alongside the automated local tips sent via WhatsApp (the app officially states: 'This chat uses AI from Meta'). Regarding direct interaction, the management answered our question about the nearest hospital quickly, offered on-site assistance through a collaborator the following morning and kindly extended our check-out time by 1 hour due to the reported medical issue.

1. Commute time: This review refers to the Unicum Suites / Via Vittorio Spinazzola. The location is listed as 4.9 km from Piazza Venezia (straight-line), but the actual road distance is around 7 km. This translates to a 35 to 45 minute commute on public transport each way (per Google Maps). 2. Maintenance and cleanliness: The room differs from the official photos. There is black mold in the tile joints and shower hose, dirt and degraded brown silicone on the shower screen frame and limescale on the dark sink furniture. The adjoining balcony contains dry plants, stored cleaning equipment and exposed electrical wiring. (Attaching photos as proof).
