Property was very well maintained, bed was very comfortable with a nice nature view and a very quiet/calm environment.

Property is a bit far from all the main attractions but you can still make it by using public transport. The cleaner was a bit intense in wanting us to leave the room so she can clean which is fine but not ideal when you’re trying to catch on sleep and relax.

A beautiful apartment with a lovely balcony overlooking the countryside. Amazing host who provided information on activities in the area.

The bed was very comfortable as was the bathroom. Quiet location too

It was a bit weird to have a room inside what is really an apartment with self check in. At first I felt a little unsure as a woman travelling alone and the door of the room does not have a safety latch preventing anyone (with an electronic key) from coming in. I barricaded the door overnight and then slept well Coming

The B&B looks over an orange grove where foxes are seen in the morning. It is also just a couple of blocks from the most glorious park in the world, Villa Doria Pamphilj. The hotel is sparkling clean, very quiet, and restful. You are just outside Rome in a beautiful area, but the bus--the 8--that goes right into the historic center-- Largo Argentina, Piazza Navona, Camp de' Fiori, Piazza Venezia is a block and a half away and it is the end of the line so there is always a bus waiting. I slept extremely well. Everything is self-check in and the instructions are very clear. There is no staff on site, but I didn't find that a problem. Davide, was extremely helpful in reaching--calling, texting... and providing all necessary information. There is a nespresso macind in the room and a bar downstairs for pastries in the morning. I will stay again when in Rome.
