This lovely apartment is set on the pine walk area of Puerto Pollensa, first line property 5 meters from the beach with unobstructed views of the sea and bay.
In total the apartment offers 4 bedrooms 1 of which is a double bed and the others are 5 single beds in 3 other bedrooms.
2 bathrooms also available at the property one of which is a en-suite.
The large modern lounge / dining area is fitted with T.V, sofa, and tables and chairs with the added bonus of overlooking the bay.
This area also leads directly out onto the balcony overlooking the bay fit with sun loungers, table and chairs for relaxing and talking in all the views.
Fully fitted kitchen available.
Great property for a get away with the family and only 10 minutes walk to the town centre where you can find shops and restaurants.
A lift is available at the property and direct access to the seafront.

Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person per day older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay)

The apartment was everything we hoped for, spacious, well equipped and a great location. We had such a lovely stay in beautiful Puerto Pollensa. Just a few things that could be improved... a folder with local info and emergency numbers /places to visit/restaurant recommendations. Essentials such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, salt, pepper and more than one loo roll ... would be usually provided in accommodation of this price.

Wir hatten zunächst nur 11 Tage gebucht; weil es uns so gut gefallen hat, haben wir gleich um eine weitere Woche verlängert.
Sehr gute Lage des Appartement. Alles war bestens.
