This beatiful modernly equipped apartment is located just under a 5 minute stroll to the lovely Puerto Pollensa beach, and a 10 minute walk away from the square in the centre of the town, where you can find most restaurants and shops. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a lovely and calm urbanization. There are 4 bedrooms in total, two with a double bed, and two with single beds. The property also has 3 bathrooms. The living room/dining room is very spacious and stands out for it's modern design, making it the perfect room to enjoy a nice family night in, watching a movie on the Tv or enjoying a meal. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything that you would need for your holidays. The balcony is also very spacious, with enough room for all the guests to enjoy a wonderful breakfast together. From the liviing room you have direct access to the lovely terrace and garden area, which has seating for the whole family. The garden also has direct access to the communal pool, which is very convenient, especially if you are travelling with younger ones.
