We provide all basic cookware, utensils, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to cook a full meal for the family. This listing also features a full-size dishwasher, fridge, and stove, as well as small appliances like a coffee maker and toaster. Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi. We enjoyed our stay and even add a day to our trip. It was very convenient to get around. The beach was great and the pools and hot tub were wonderful.
Only kind of complaint, the pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room did not open until 9 am., as an early riser this is a bit late.
Other than that, the room was clean and well equipped. The resort was clean and well kept. We will be booking again on our next trip to MB.

This was a nice location, but did run into a few things during our stay. The pull out sofa bed defiantly needs to be replaced as it was broken at the top and bottom. We used to sofa cushions to improvise. It was not comfortable at all waking up with stiff backs daily. Please get a new hair dryer ASAP!!! Went to go use it and it started sparking and smoking. This unit overall could use a good updating. Other than those things mentioned, we still made the best of our stay!

I wanted to thank the Casago management and staff for being so friendly and professional. They were always cheerful and attentive with a positive attitude. The unit I stayed in at the Palace Resort was very clean and comfortable. I received my refundable deposit in full even sooner than expected. Special note: Angela is a gem. Thank you, Robert

This was our 2nd time staying in this unit. I must say, our first stay was more of 4.5 stars.
Unfortunately, this time, there is some work that needs to be done on this unit. Service was GREAT when we had to call and get maintenance for the toilet. However, the issue still wasn't resolved fully. Maintenance came Friday early evening and the toilet was not flushing by Saturday afternoon. On another note, I would love to see more cooking utensils. We usually rent something with a stove for the soul purpose of cooking. Also, it could definitely use a regular size coffee pot. Overall, it is a PRETTY good value for the cost.
