Sunset View is a breathtaking 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom centrally air conditioned Chincoteague Island getaway that is furnished with 1 king bed and 2 queen size beds. Located within easy walking distance of town, enjoy visiting the unique gift shops, restaurants and ice cream parlors, or take some time to have a picnic in the beautiful Robert Reed Downtown park. For the movie lover in your family take in a movie at the, Island Roxy, or if you choose spend the day reading a book at the Island Library. Sunset View is equipped with a boat dock to make your boat lover's dream come true. If you should choose to spend the day at home enjoy some leisure time by the pool with family and friends.
After a busy day of catching fish, strolling through town, being by the pool or spending the day at the beach, enjoy making dinner together in the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is furnished with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, dishes, and utensils. After dinner unwind with family and friends on the deck and watch the beautiful glow of the sunset or enjoy a nice evening watching movies together in the comfortable living room. There is a whirlpool tub located in the master bathroom for further relaxation.
There is a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Please bring your own linens (1 king, 2 queens) and towels. This home does not allow pets or smoking. We ask that you leave this home in a neat and tidy condition.

I have been going to Chincoteague Island for over 40 years due to the fortune of my Grandmother moving to the island in the 1980s. Recently we sold the property, but we still love this beautiful island. Having stayed in other properties on the island, we were excited to stay in Sunset Cove. A great condo community that is fresh and new even though it is nearly 20 years old. This property offers the best of all worlds: close to downtown, close to the carnival grounds, beautiful sunset views, well equipped property, a pool, and enough room for 6. The owners of this property take great pride in their unit and the management team was highly communicative and responsive to our questions. Sunset Cove is the best way to stay on Chincoteague.

We were totally impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail. Well stocked with wonderful kitchenware and supplies. Very nice place and we would lovecto stay there again.

The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked with cooking and dining supplies, and offered a fantastic view. We really enjoyed it.

We absolutely loved the location -- perfect views of the sunsets & the 4th of July fireworks right from our deck. Other pros: Cleanliness & spaciousness of the condo, comfortable furniture & beds, pool, & Deborah was great to talk to. Cons: Maybe got 10 channels on the family room tv (did not know about this in advance), only had 2 trash bags & one roll of paper towels provided for a week (had to use personal stash I brought for the beach trips), and had to request toilet paper (2 rolls wasn't cutting it for a week). All in all, we would stay here again, BUT the owner should really think about providing & including cable tv and wifi considering the cost of the rental and the fact that the tenants have to lug all of their own linens AND clean before leaving.
