"We really liked how accessible it was to downtown Whitby. We were able to use the back stairs to take us directly to the downtown area. Everything was in walking distance. We didn’t realize how close ..."

Whole place was lovely.
Found a dirty kitchen utensil in the kitchen cutlery drawer. The outdoor patio area could have been a bit cleaner really. Needed a hosedown. Cigarette butts found next to the hot tub on arrival.

Amazing location, only about a 5 minute walk into main area of town. The views from the property are stunning and relaxing in the hot tub is great after a long day exploring the town. Lovely cottage with a comfortable bed.
The parking isn’t actually on the properly, it’s a space on the owners private property down the road which we felt wasn’t clear on the website. This wasn’t a big issue as we understand the parking situation in the area is difficult, but there is a sign on the parking space that reads ‘leave vehicle at your own risk’ etc, which we just felt wasn’t a very warm and friendly welcome.

Great location, fantastic view, comfy well equipped property. Great hot tub. Slept great in a comfy bed.
Very very difficult to find the location and if we hadn’t have asked a neighbour we would have never found it. Perhaps a map should be provided? The codes for the gate and key safe that we where given where incorrect and we had to phone Cyana cottages to get the codes. Booking.com need to update this.

Gorgeous hot tub and views
Smelt damp and foisty as we entered. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain any water as there was so much build up around the plug and in the hole, I actually ended up cleaning this myself. No parking space as advertised.
