Genteel Home Mirador de la Victoria

The location is perfect, right in the middle of the old town and at walking distance from the Alhambra (uphill though). The view is beautiful and the apartment is clean and comfortable (no frills). Gentle Home staff went out of their way to answer all questions by email and Whatsapp before and during our stay. A note for future guests: the entire area is only accessible by taxi or if you are a resident. No need to rent a car; taxis are plentiful except during rush hours and early mornings when it is better to book a Uber.

It is a spacious, very well equipped property. Check in and check out were seamless. It is well located ( aside from a bit of a climb up to it) with excellent views of the Alhambra. I would recommend it

A gorgeous property, which we enjoyed for a cold couple of days in December. The property manager provided a helpful overview of the property. The property was comfortably warm, well equipped and beautifully decorated, the kitchen well equipped and the beds comfortable.

The views of the Alhambra. Without that the apartment would be unremarkable, but the views are incredible.

There wasn't any flexibility in terms of checkout. We stayed in low season and the apartment wasn't booked out for the day of our departure yet no flexibility was provided in terms of the hour required for checkout. It is also incredibly difficult to access by car, so for travelling with family not very recommendable, a kilometre walking carrying your bags through steep inaccesible streets AND screaming kids is a bit much!!
