The accommodation offered a sofa bed for our child, which we appreciated, but unfortunately it was not very comfortable. A better sleeping option for children would improve the stay.
We also had an unpleasant experience with a neighbour who shouted at us for being tourists in Granada.

Great property and 10/10 location - easy to walk to key areas. Additional bonus of rooftop with view of the Alhambra
One thing to note is you have to walk a few mins to the nearest taxi pickup point, which may be a but hard with a large suitcase/luggage.
