Location, interior of the villa, cleanliness, outdoor space.
Having to pay to park at the property. The reception area was not as aesthetically pleasing as the reception area for Esmeralda Park.

Location was amazing. Being next to friends in their villas was perfect.
Floor was so slippy and dangerous when wet. Which was a lot of the time due to the pool/sea. Had to put towels down every day and partner still feel over and hurt herself quite badly. Fridge leaked, roof leaked, shower leaked. Air con wasn't quite powerful enough to make the bedroom cool through the night. Didn't get any milk, tea or sugar with the villa. 2 dishwasher tablets were provided. Expected a little more from a luxury villa. A lot of the TV channels didn't work and couldn't sign in to Netflix etc. Not a big deal as location was amazing but is nice to watch a film at the end of a hot day sometimes.
