Fantastic hotel. Beautiful setting, peaceful and everywhere was spotlessly clean!

We recently stayed at Inturotel Cala Esmeralda for our honeymoon and had a wonderful experience. The highlights were definitely the beautiful pool areas, the stunning views, and the hotel's location directly across from the beach. We loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants and shops without needing to drive. Parking was easy, which was a huge bonus, and the spa was a lovely place to unwind. The breakfast offered an impressive variety of options, and we appreciated having so many choices each morning. We were also pleasantly surprised to be welcomed with cava to celebrate our honeymoon, which was a thoughtful touch that made us feel special. A few minor drawbacks: we found the beds quite firm for our liking, and the coffee tended to be a bit acidic. While the breakfast selection was extensive, some of the hot items could have benefited from a little more seasoning and flavour. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Inturotel Cala Esmeralda to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Cala d'Or.

Very relaxing hotel, excrllent food and restaurant, two small pools but beautiful beach, enjoyed it very much. Rooms are excellent, comfortable beds and big balcony. Excellent interior and exterior design.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a few steps from Cala Esmeralda. We stayed in a room with a pool view, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also very good, especially the shower and walk-in shower area. However, the towels could be better—they felt somewhat low quality for the standard of the hotel. The hotel has two pools, and both are excellent. The indoor and main hotel pool areas were very good and never felt like a problem. The only negative point was the beach club pool, which was consistently very crowded during the days we stayed. The beach club opens at 10:00 a.m. The gym is very well equipped and open 24 hours, which is a great feature. The hotel’s decoration and overall design are excellent, and the breakfast is outstanding. The spa and sauna area is also wonderful and adds a lot to the overall experience. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, with excellent facilities, great design, a very good breakfast, and spacious rooms. The crowded beach club pool and the quality of the towels are the main areas that could be improved.
