Beautiful place, nice&peaceful location. Spacious rooms, huge bathroom, well maintained facilities. Ideal for short&long stay. Moreover the hosts are really friendly and we loved family atmosphere. Great breakfast & coffee. Excellent value for price. We will be back :)

Lovely place and great host

Great stay in the Langhe region

Second stay in Agr. Cascina Fabbrica and we liked it as much as the first one. Big, super clean and comfortable rooms with everything you could need. Friendly owner Alberto gave us lots of useful advice on restaurants and places to visit in the area

There's isn't much to do in the surroundings of the farm, which means you need a car for everything. Many Langhe beautiful villages are a 15-20 min drive away, which is easily done, you just need to be aware of it

Outstanding in every respect, Alberto is the most perfect host, and made us feel immediately welcome. The room and facilities are excellent, extremely comfortable bed and wonderful bathroom.

Stayed just one night to visit Foligno but what a place! Could happily have stayed for a month. Stylish but comfortable. The bathroom was amazing with stand alone bath and huge shower. Fantastic quality bed linen and towels, felt very luxurious. Very quiet situation. English spoken fluently. Breakfast was amazing. Ham and cheese omelette, great coffee. Homemade cakes if you wanted them, in fact just about anything you could have wanted. Can't recommend this place highly enough. Will definitely call again.

Great stay in the Langhe region

This was great stay. Welcoming and friendly owners, they really tried to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with local and organic products. I would definitely return if I were visiting the area in the future

Location was a weaker point. It's a refurbished farm not really close to any interesting attractions or villages to visit If possible for the owners, a later check out time would be appreciated. The night after our visit they were fully booked so they needed to clean all the rooms before the new guests arrived, so I fully understand that they need time to do so. But still, a 10h check out on a Sunday morning was complicated to handle with kids. We did need an extra 20 min to get ready and the owners were understanding (thank you again!)

Fabulous stay

A beautiful property, super clean and comfortable and a lovely appointed bedroom and bathroom. Delicious, plentiful and organic breakfast with lots of local produce.. Alberto and Paola were great hosts and organised mountain bikes for us and gave us a suggestion for what turned out to be a beautiful hike. Thank you.

Comfortable Highlight in Piemont

The accommodation was one of the best places we have been on our complete journey! The room is fantastic and the breakfirst is absolutely delicious and generous. The host was giving us a lot of tips for hiking trips and has a excellent knowlege about the mountain areas.

L’agriturismo è molto curato e di recente ristrutturazione, con un tocco rustico e moderno. Molto gradevole! I proprietari sono stati davvero molto gentili e accoglienti, accettando di buon grado anche una richiesta extra (ho chiesto se sarebbe stato possibile recapitare un mazzo di fiori e farlo trovare in camera). La colazione è semplice ma allo stesso tempo ricca di prodotti bio e territoriali. Una menzione speciale per l’omelette preparata al momento dal proprietario, davvero molto buona!

Toller Ausgangspunkt in die Seitentäler oder Besuch von Cuneo und Fassano. Gebäude in Rustikalem Stil ganz aufwendig toll renoviert. Die Einrichtungen der Zimmer sehr modern dem rustikalem Still angepasst. Frühstück wurde uns vom Junior Chef persönlich serviert! Tipps zum Entecken der Umgegbung und Seitentäler werden hier geboten!

Perfect stay in an unbeatable setting

Our stay was simply perfect. The house, a former farmhouse beautifully renovated, is truly spectacular. The setting is unbeatable: a privileged spot to relax, surrounded by total peace and quiet, yet only a short drive from Cuneo. Cleanliness is impeccable and the beds are extremely comfortable, something we value a lot. We also appreciated the little details: fresh water in the fridge and the possibility of making tea or herbal infusions in the room. The bathroom is spacious, and the rooms are cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and very varied, with plenty of homemade products, such as bread and some pastries made by the hosts. The family’s attention and hospitality were outstanding. In short, a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended. Il nostro soggiorno è stato semplicemente perfetto. La casa, un’antica cascina completamente ristrutturata, è spettacolare. L’ambiente è impareggiabile: un luogo privilegiato per riposare, immerso nella pace e nella tranquillità assoluta, senza alcun rumore, e allo stesso tempo a pochi chilometri in auto da Cuneo. La pulizia è impeccabile e i letti sono comodissimi, una cosa che apprezziamo moltissimo. Inoltre, curano ogni piccolo dettaglio: in camera abbiamo trovato acqua fresca in frigorifero e la possibilità di prepararci tisane. Il bagno è ampio e le camere sono accoglienti e confortevoli. La colazione è eccellente e molto varia, con tanti prodotti fatti in casa, come il pane e alcuni dolci preparati da loro. L’attenzione e la cordialità della famiglia sono state eccezionali. In conclusione, un soggiorno davvero piacevole. Consigliatissimo al 100%.

Peccato dover stare solo una notte!

Cascina completamente ristrutturata con molto gusto e soprattutto secondo le ultime tecnologie di risparmio energetico , bagno enorme e bellissimo, letto con materasso comodissimo e soprattutto quiete pazzesca , quindi si dorme benissimo ! I proprietari ci hanno accolto con gentilezza e la colazione ci è stata servita dal loro figlio pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta ( mi ha preparato anche due ottime uova strapazzate )

Wunderschöne Cascina!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft. Die Cascina Fabrica wurde sehr geschmackvoll renoviert. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend, die Gastgeber äusserst freundlich, das Frühstück reichhaltig mit vielen biologischen Produkten. Obwohl die Cascina etwas abseits liegt, sind die umliegenden grösseren Ort in maximal 30 Minuten erreichbar. Vielen Dank Alberto!
