Lovely Rural Property in Ardales

Location is quite remote offering splendid views of the surrounding countryside but also only 10-15 min walk into the traditional town. Host was very helpful and amenable for any questions. Kitchen is well equipped and offered washing up liquid and sponge and hand soap. Lots of outdoor space for seating/eating/entertaining.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. The surrounding properties have a lot of dogs which can be scary if you don't like dogs.

Lekkere authentieke, ruime Spaanse vakantiewoning, weg van de toeristische kuststrook bij Malaga.

Heel mooi huisje met eigen parkeerplaats binnen het omheinde terrein. Grote veranda waar je met regen prima kon zitten op ruime buitenmeubels. Binnen ruime open plan keuken, woon-eetkamer en twee slaapkamers waarvan 1 met tweepersoonsbed en 1 met twee eenpersoonsbedden. Ruime tuin en plekjes om te zitten rondom het huis zodat je altijd wel in de zon kon zitten. Rondom het zwembad kunstgras en ligbedden met kussens. De host had voor voldoende hout gezorgd voor de eerste dagen voor de open haard. Tevens regelde hij gratis kaartjes voor de Caminito del Rey, een toeristische attractie vlak bij Ardales. In Ardales heb je veel normale Spanjaarden die vooral Spaans spreken. Lekker authentiek.

Eigenlijk was het huisje niet meer zo geschikt voor deze tijd van het jaar (november). De nachten waren vrij koud, met soms ijs op de autoramen en de open haard had niet de capaciteit om het huisje warm te stoken. We zaten dan ook 's avonds onder een dekentje in de kamer. Het zwembad buiten was niet verwarmd en in november ook te koud om in te zwemmen. Verder wel een keurig zwembad. Het bed had een soort plastic onderlaken wat nogal kraakte bij het omdraaien in bed. Rondom het huisje een aantal bedrijven met bewakingshonden die veel blaften en jankten. Deze opsomming doet een beetje negatief aan maar we hebben ons er 11 dagen prima vermaakt. Maar er zijn dus wel verbeterpunten.

Una de las camas pequeña no era muy cómoda ni el sofá cama y de andar descarso los pies se te ponía muy sucios por lo demás todo super bien.
