The apartment was lovely though

The whole apartment had a very strong air freshener artificial smell that burned my throat. The person at reception told me to open all my windows. It was January and quite cold outside but I did and after one hour the smell was tolerable but quickly returned. Keeping the heat on high with a fan on high helped keep the smell at bay but it was very unpleasant and triggered a migraine

This hotel stay is a gem! This town and hotel will not disappoint

The room was absolutely amazing in a very charming town. We loved this stay. One of our favorites on our 17 day trip. We ended up booking a second night. The stay was like being in a decent size apartment. Everything you need. We traveled at Christmas and were hiking most of the daytime hours so I am not sure about the hotel amenities but it is a beautiful hotel. We were able to park for free behind the bldg with no trouble in December. We got lost and the front desk person stayed to check us in past her hourly time. We could not be more grateful for that above and beyond service.

The place to stay for a few nights in Ardales

Nice place to stay when you want to go to e.g. Caminito del Rey. Quiet place wih a nice village center with restaurants around the corner. Even a small rooftop pool available!

Just perfect!

Perfect spot for hiking the caminito del Rey - we stood there for one night and started the next day in the morning to the caminito del Rey! However, the Appartements are superior - in our case much better than the Photos are! Very New, well equipped and comfy appartement! We would always come back here for the caminito del Rey!

The pool and seating areas on the roof were excellent after the hot days. Centre of town with plenty of food options. Short drive to parking for the Caminito del Rey and other activities.

Great opportunity to unwind before and after visiting Camenito del Rey.

Comfortable apartment in a beautiful village about 20 minutes drive to Camenito del Rey. Small terrace was a bonus. We stayed two nights here whilst we were visiting Camenito del Rey.

A perfect base for exploring this part of Andalusia

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a delightful sunny outside space with a spectacular view of the town and the ruins of the castle. the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful and the apartment was situated in the centre of Ardales, close to restaurants and with very easy access to other points of interest.

in January the apartment was quite chilly and because of the fixed blind on the velux type window it was also rather dark - necessitating lights on, even during the day. These are small points which shouldn’t deter people from booking this lovely apartment.

Great stay!

We absolutely loved our stay. We were surprised by the size of the apartments and it had everything we needed. We loved the little courtyard with the plants and fountain. Location was central to bars, bakery etc. And a great please to stay after out Caminito Del Rey trip.

Pool was closed because it was in November we visited, understandable though!
