This was our second year staying at this property, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again. The house is just a short walk to the beach and conveniently close to bars, a liquor store, and a grocery store. It’s perfect for large groups—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The central air is a huge plus, especially during the warmer months. The owners are fantastic—friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with anything you need. Can’t wait to return for years to come!

The house was just as pictured and described in the listing. Our host was a pleasure to work with and responded immediately. We had a fabulous time and can't wait to come back!

The house is exactly as described! Great Fire Island rental. The house has everything you will need and fit our group of 7 adults. The kitchen is updated with a large fridge and a wine fridge! The back deck is very spacious! Joanne was extremely responsive and personable. We would definitely rent here again.

The pictures don't do justice to the property: it is roomy, very well-equipped, and steps away from the beach.Word apart for Joanne: she was easy to communicate with, really nice, and got us some kickass bikes. Strongly recommended.
