The property is very quiet and there are incredible views from the balcony. The pool area was never crowded and was very relaxing. There were some minor issues which have been communicated to the owner and I am confident that they will be addressed. She was quick to respond to us when we reached out.

This condo had a beautiful direct view of the beach, the Gulf and was the perfect location for seeing the set across the gulf

The view from the condo is breathtaking. The amenities inside the condo were a little worn out. The towels were especially worn and the couch was not comfortable at all. Signs in the condo say don’t leave any dishes dirty or in the dishwasher and that you can only leave one set of towels dirty which means that if you want to use a clean towel during the week you have to do laundry. Not what we’re on vacation for. We have stayed at several different condos at EBTC over the years and have never ran into that before. I guess the view and convenience of location make all of this secondary??
