Great view, could hear waves through bedroom windows. Felt very safe with security code needed to operate elevator.. Beach location was quiet with no crowd. It was easy to get to other areas such as Naples, Bonita Springs, airport and main highways. Keywest Express dock is only a few miles away from studio.

Wish laundry had been in the studio, but only had to pay small price to use laundry on 1st floor.

The location right on the beach could not be beat. The unit was also decorated nicely with cute coastal decor. Everything felt clean, fresh, and modern. The king size bed was very comfortable, and the building was very quiet (we were not there during busy season though). It was also a very nice surprise to find some chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler in the closet. I'm guessing they were left behind by previous guests as the site states they don't provide those items. We left a small boogie board behind for future guests to use. If you do need more beach gear, check out the Publix down the road for chairs, water toys, etc. Additionally, the Wal Mart on San Carlos was a very convenient location for grocery pick up. I made our order a few days ahead of time to pick up on our way from the airport to the condo. That worked out wonderfully! One last thing of note was that the representative from Sun Palace Vacations was easy to get ahold of and very nice and helpful when I needed to communicate with her. Thank you!

My main suggestion would be around making the kitchen a bit more efficient. We ate the majority of our meals there to save money, and overall had what we needed. However, it is a very small space with almost no counter space nor a dishwasher, so the owners could make guests a bit more comfortable with some small tweaks. For example, the utensils should be near the stove, not tucked away in a cabinet. Also, a few pot holders could hang from hooks (on the fridge perhaps) to free up room for other things. There are plenty of coffee cups in the cabinet; the ones displayed on the counter could be removed to free up needed space. A few more storage containers for leftovers would be helpful. Finally, it would be very appreciated to have more than one dishtowel for a week long stay. Despite these suggestions, we did manage just fine and appreciated having the kitchen to use. Don't forget to add spices, foil, and other basics to your shopping list, though, as none of those items are in the kitchen (I understand why, but it does make it a bit tricky). One last suggestion would be to have more hooks in the bathroom. That would be useful for keeping beach and bath towels separate and dry, especially when you have three or four people in the condo.
