La ubicación es directamente frente a la playa, una gran ventaja.
Hay cosas básicas que le faltan o están viejas: sillas de playa en mal estado, no tienen toalla para la playa/pileta (tuve que comprar), el edificio externamente está un poco viejo, la cajonera donde se guarda la ropa cuesta abrir y cerrar los cajones. Le faltaría una mesa chica frente al sillón para poder comer desde ahí mirando la televisión.
