About this house rental
Enjoy a magical vacation at the elegant Emerald Island Resort. This new luxurious private holiday villa includes a custom-built pool with Jacuzzi/spa directly across from a public children playground.
Our holiday home offers all of the latest features in vacation rentals. With four bedrooms including two master-en-suites plus two twin rooms. This house is the perfect vacation villa for any size family or group of up to 8 guests.
THE VILLA
Luxurious four bedroom, three bathroom pool home. Ideal for guests who are looking for something just that little bit special. Luxuriously decorated and furnished throughout and is licensed to sleep 8 people comfortably.
FAMILY ROOM
A large informal sitting area The family room is open plan to the kitchen, nook and dining room. The ideal area to relax and watch the many cable channels on our large TV. An altogether stunning room.
KITCHEN
Our well equipped modern kitchen contains everything from a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with built in ice-maker, free unlimited telephone calls worldwide, along with other essentials such as cutlery, crockery and glassware.
DINING ROOM
Located just of the kitchen and family room our formal dining room contains a beautiful table with seating for six people.
LAUNDRY ROOM
Well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
GAMEROOM
To keep you entertained we have located a gameroom in the garage area. Including a pool table, and table foosball
POOL & SPA
After a long day at the theme parks, exploring, golfing or on a free day, enjoy relaxing in our Jacuzzi, swim in the private pool or play in the games room. These homes are the right size for your group. Included with this home are all the resort community features. You will have a vacation that will always be remembered!
The Resort
These luxurious private owned vacation homes are located in the brand-new elegant Emerald Island Resort, a 24-hour live-guard gated community. Just two miles-three traffic signals to Disney’s park entrance. Emerald Island is conveniently located right off Route 192, the main route in Kissimmee. There are shops, restaurants and supermarkets, all within walking distance or a short drive.
Please note that the resort charge $20 per access gate card, non-refundable. Each vehicle will require its own access card. Guests will be able to pre-pay for their access cards ahead of their visit, with the cards being ready and waiting for them upon their arrival at the Gatehouse. While guests can make the payment at the Gatehouse or Clubhouse, we encourage you to make this information known prior to your arrival, as payment is required before a vehicle will be allowed on the property. A maximum of six (6) vehicles are allowed per property.

My husband and I rented this house for the month of February and were pleasantly surprised by how clean and neat it was. Well stocked with towels and linens as well as toiletries to get us started. It was in a very nice neighborhood with quiet neighbors. My only two suggestions would be to have one of the 4 bedrooms with a king size bed and the lighting needs to be brighter. Thanks again.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the house and how spacious it was. We also feel secure being in a gated community and seeing security often in the area. We definitely recommend this property to other families. The owner responded in a timely manner when we had questions. Definitely recommend this property.......would rent again.
