Great location - but only if you are planning on being quiet
The property is very central, had everything in it we needed. Nice view.
In the beginning we felt very well treated by our host, who resides in the apartment below. She was friendly and welcoming. We were told to be quiet for the night at 10pm. In the first night we went to bed at 10.30pm, the second evening we spent in the apartment because of rain. At 7.30pm our host suddenly was standing inside the apartment asking if there was an argument going on because of the noise which obviously was an excuse to come up. We were playing cards drinking beer without any music as a group of 6 which you can’t deny young people in my opinion. We weren’t exceptionally loud but of course made some noise. We felt violated in our privacy since she could have just texted or called us. Then being reminded that we were awake for half an hour too long the night before didn’t really contribute to the situation. If you are travelling with he sole purpose of sleeping there it is a fine location - if you are to make any noise inside the apartment I do not recommend it.

I'd recommend House Marion for its location, all partial negatives I mentioned are acceptable.
Very good location just next to ski-bus station, parking without any issues, friendly and kind owners, vouchers for professional ski waxing are available. The ski-resort is very friendly for families with small children (switching skipass for parents).
Owners don't speak english, the inside temperature in guest rooms could be higher (2 Celsius or so), technical room for ski storage and self-service is missing (only wooden storage box outside of the house is available).

Mili gospodarze, mimo różnic językowych komunikacja przebiegała sprawnie, blisko sklep, restauracje, skibus pod domem, piękny widok z okna na góry, wszystko co niezbędne na tygodniowy urlop było w apartamencie; 2 toalety też bardzo ułatwiają funkcjonowanie; cisza, spokój; pieski mile widziane
skiroom mógłby być ogrzewany bo przy niskich temperaturach sprzęt nie ma szans się wyschnąć ...aczkolwiek można wykupić sobie szafkę ogrzewaną przy stoku i tam zostawiać narty z butami na noc
