Clean. Very good location.

The entire place is very clean. Very spacious apartment. Excellent location, especially if you plan to go skiing on the glacier. The bus station is only 1 min. away. The owner is discret and helpful.

As other reviewers have said, the beds are indeed squeaky but it's not a big deal if you don't move too much. 🙂

I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and charming retreat in the Alps!

I absolutely loved my stay at Haus Kaunergat! 🌟 The room was exceptionally clean I instantly felt comfortable and at home. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. She gave me fantastic local tips and helped me discover some beautiful spots in the area I wouldn’t have found otherwise. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe and truly relaxed here.

Good location for a skiing holliday in Kaunertal! Great host!

Good location, easy to find, clean rooms, great host. They changed towels and collected garbage for us every 2nd day, durring a 1-week stay. Ski room very accessible Appartment was clean and confortable. The host was very discrete, yet helpfull! A great option for kaunertal area!

An oven in the kitchen would have helped.

Hello. I've been to Kaunertal 2 times. This time in "Haus Kaunergrat". Great guesthouse and the world's best service and owner. She helped us at any time, because our car broke down in Germany and we arrived with problems. Pension clean well maintained, cleaned daily. We are very grateful for any help, best regards and see you soon.

Location amazing, beautiful views from the balcony amd perfectly placed between the glacier amd Serfaus/Fiss/Ladis. Marlise was very helpful and friendly - a lovely hostess!

No outdoor space for the children, although they were invited to go down to the garden to play with the kitten, Helmut who was a bit hit! That said we were outdoors plenty with cycling and hiking but this in the only improvement point I could think of.

Excellent place. Nothing except for the (beautiful) little chapel next to the building which traditionally sounds a bell at 0700 1200 and 1800. No problem but it could wake u up.. Very friendly nice host Marlies.

Rewelacyjne miejsce na wyjazd w góry - czy to na narty, czy na piesze wycieczki

Uroczy dom z apartamentami z widokiem na góry. Przestronne pokoje, każdy z własną łazienką co było wielkim plusem przy 4 osobowej rodzinie. Rewelacyjna gospodyni - bardzo życzliwa i pomocna. W okolicy kilka dobrych ośrodków narciarskich. Uroku dodawała również pobliska kapliczka i dzwon, który wybijał o równych godzinach. Super miejsce - z pewnością tam wrócimy.

Fijne eigenaresse. Heel behulpzaam. Nette kamer, schoon en fris. Prijs kwaliteit is super goed. Wij kwamen voor het skiën en deze was heel goed betaalbaar.

Ideales Basislager für Touren im Kaunertal, egal ob mit dem Bike, Auto oder Wanderungen.

Für mich der perfekte Aufenthalt mitten im Kaunertal in fantastisch ruhiger Bergwelt. Super nette Gastgeberin! Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn es mich wieder ins Kaunertal zieht.

Wärmstens zu empfehlen

Sehr gemütliches Doppelzimmer mit Allem, was man so für den Aufenthalt benötigt, gut gepflegtes Badezimmer mit großer Dusche. Das Haus hat eine verdammt schöne Lage und mit Marlies hat man eine nette, aufmerksame Vermieterin. Im Übrigen: das Hundeaufenthalte kostenlos sind, ist mittlerweile eine absolute Seltenheit, Daumen hoch. Alles in Allem absolut empfehlenswert, das Haus Kaunergrat :) P.S.: die Fotos stammen aus dem Garten des Hauses

Bardzo miła i pomocna gospodyni, czyste i wygodne pokoje, świetna lokalizacja pomiędzy dużymi ośrodkami narciarskimi, w bliskim sąsiedztwo restauracji.
