The property features four custom kids' rooms—featuring Star Wars, Mickey Mouse, Harry Potter, and Monsters, Inc. themes—alongside spacious and luxuriously furnished king, queen, and full suites for the adults. Every bedroom is equipped with its own TV, ensuring entertainment and comfort for everyone.
The open-concept kitchen and dining area comes fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and seating for the whole group: a breakfast island for 3, and a formal dining table for 8.
Step outside to your private screened-in pool with child safety fence, plenty of loungers, outdoor dining space, and seating for relaxation. Pool heating is also available to make your stay even more comfortable.
For endless fun, the games room features a ping pong table and basketball arcade—perfect for kids and adults alike.

• POOL HEAT:
Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.
• GRILL:
We do not provide grill as standard amenity in our properties. However, we can rent a grill for your stay - Please, contact us for more information.

Overall the house was amazing and very clean. They do provide lots of towels and dinnerware. However they don't give you any dish soap, bathroom mats, trash bags(not even small starter packs), that you must bring. Despite little issues we called about and no one came to fix we were able to enjoy ourselves.
There were 17 of us and at no time did we feel crammed together. Everyone was able to relax and enjoy the time. Oh the grill seen in the photos is not the grill they give you it's actually smaller so keep that in mind.
My son had the best birthday trip and that's all that mattered.
I do recommend this property!

We had a good stay with 11 of us at this house. It has plenty of room, a nice open first floor, and the pool backs up to a field. There was significant wear and tear in the house including broken or missing furniture. A smoker smell took a few days to wear off and the evidence of previous guests smoking indoors was obvious (missing smoke detector in a bedroom - which was remedied when we complained). There were only 2 kitchen stools, and one was broken and unusable. There were also missing parts on the foosball table and spray paint cans around the pool area. There is also nowhere to place shampoo or soap in any of the showers. This is a builders grade (at best) house that has been well used. On the positive the pool was nice, the kicthen has dozens of dishes, cups, sliver, etc. It was all just ok. The location is great and because it is mainly back roads to Disney you can get there quite fast.
