I found the hotel to be very clean, quiet, and nice. Nice beach. We were there the end of Feb so it was not busy. I like that. The spare guest room only had a Murphy bed which didn't seem that comfortable. That's my only complaint.

Clean, well maintained condo and resort property. Restaurant on site is fantastic, I recommend the tortilla soup.

The property was clean and ready for us, and the location couldn't be beat. The amenities on site are wonderful. We had our family of 5 and were counting on having 2 king beds as the description mentioned but the second bedroom only had a queen. Fortunately there was a pull out sofa bed but it was terribly dysfunctional, uncomfortable, and there were no extra blankets or pillows. We made due with what we had none the less. I found the property to be adequate for being able to rent out but personally I felt it was the absolute bare minimum. We've enjoyed rentals that are more well thought out and equipped with things such as paper towels or napkins, kitchen towels, shampoo etc, extra bedding, functional beach accessories ( the umbrella was not functional ). All in all it did not suck, but there is room for improvement.
