About this apartment rental
Paradise awaits you in our family oceanfront condo. Sip your coffee in the mornings on the balcony and margaritas into the afternoon and evening. (No one will judge you if margaritas are also your drink of choice in the morning. You're on vacation!)

The entire 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is your own private space. Also enjoy the shared community amenities such as the 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, outdoor shower, swim up bar, gym, palapas (thatch umbrellas) on the beach, Ramon's Restaurant, community coffee shop, an on-site convenience store, and tennis courts. We even provide tennis rackets you are welcome to use!
You are allowed to bring your own drinks (including alcoholic) to the pool. Please ensure they are in plastic cups or aluminum cans as glass is not allowed at the pool.
We are located on the 8th floor, in the West building.
I live in the Phoenix area but have colleagues in town to tend to maintenance, should an issue arise.
Our Sonoran Sea HOA requires that at least one guest in the party must be 25 years old or older. This is an HOA enforced rule. Because of this, there is zero flexibility regarding this particular rule. I am unable to make special considerations in allowing guests under 25 to rent.
A car is highly recommended. Taxi's are often available right outside of the community gates, should you like to taxi to/from the Malecon.
Please note that the front desk charges a $15 fee to issue resorts wristbands to your group. These are required and is a one time charge for the group (not per person).
Drinking water is not provided. Guests need to provide their own.

Loved this condo!! Everything was updated and clean! Kim is a super great host! She was very communicative. We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful condo. The place was beautiful and comfortable for parents and two young children ages 4 and 6. The 1st floor was perfect for accessing the pool, beach and a grass area for the kids run about without disturbing others.

We loved staying at Kim’s place! We would absolutely recommend staying here. The host made the process easy, the accommodation was comfortable and well looked after, and the stay went smoothly throughout. Thank you for everything!
