Escape to this beautifully decorated, romantic condo located in one of the most exclusive gated resorts on Sandy Beach in Puerto Peñasco. Enjoy unobstructed ocean views from the private patio, just steps from the sand and within walking distance to restaurants, nightlife, and local favorites like Borracho Tequila, Garufa Steakhouse, and Banditos Cantina.
The condo features a light, airy design with modern Mexico flair, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, a king primary suite with en-suite bath and balcony access, and a second bedroom with a queen bed. Both bedrooms include TVs, and complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests total, and all guests count regardless of age.
Resort amenities include three pools, a swim-up bar, jacuzzi, gym, sports courts (tennis, basketball, pickleball), a children’s play area, and the on-site Restaurant de Ramón. Guest wristbands are provided at the resort desk, and condo access is via Smart Lock for easy check-in.
Important Information:
A $300 security deposit hold will be placed on your payment method the day before arrival and released within 7 days after departure if no damage occurs. The reservation holder must be at least 25 years old and present a valid state-issued ID at check-in. The resort charges a $15 per-reservation fee, payable upon check-in.

We stayed in this condo at the Sonoran Sea in June 2025 and it is a gem. This suite is on the 6th floor and has amazing views of the water. The pool area is amazing for both kids and adults and I especially loved the palm umbrella area on the beach. This suite provided boogie-boards and an umbrella for us. We could cook and do laundry in the condo. The price of this condo is reasonable too and fit 6 of us comfortably. I would bring powder laundry detergent if you plan to do laundry. Other than that everything was perfect. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a fabulous time.

Check-in was very slow. Gate attendant seemed to be overwhelmed by every car entering. We had a line of 5 cars entering and just one person having to check parking pass, license plate and same went for cars exiting the lot. So he had to keep going back and forth. Super slow when entering or leaving the lot.
Unit itself was nice. Although we weee concerned that the ceiling fan was getting ready to fall down on us, it was wobbling so bad. We also found a bottle cap on the floor on the bedroom and one in the living room. Rest of the unit was clean. We did have an issue with the key pad on the door malfunctioning, but after about 25 minutes of phone calls and texts the issue was resolved. Just be prepared, the front desk is absolutely no help at all.
Balcony was large and spacious and clean. Washer and dryer in unit, which was nice. Pool was clean and not crowded at all.
Overall, a good stay. Recommend.
