Love Bug is nestled in one of the most desirable, family-friendly communities directly across the street from the Disney Resort. You can walk about 10 minutes to the Mickey & Friends free tram that brings you straight to the park entrance, or take a 15-minute stroll to Downtown Disney. The location offers a quiet, hassle-free “backstage” experience—close to all the magic, shopping, and entertainment, yet tucked away for a more relaxing stay.

Maximum occupancy: 7 guests total (including infants), with a maximum of 4 adults
Additional guests beyond initial booking will incur an extra guest fee
Minimum stay: 3 nights
Parking: Maximum 2 vehicles — 1 private single-car garage (fits a minivan) + 1 assigned space. No additional or street parking permitted within the HOA. Passenger vans, RVs, and trailers are strictly prohibited
Pool rules: Maximum 6 guests at a time (strictly enforced by HOA). No unregulated flotation devices or pool toys allowed. Pool hours: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM. During this time, outdoor areas (pool, patio, garage/game rooms, etc.) are not permitted
Guests must comply with all city and HOA regulations. Violations may result in fines, civil action, or other penalties
We reserve the right to decline reservations that create 2-day gaps in the calendar
A rental agreement is required.
Check-ins or check-outs on major holidays may be subject to an additional cleaning fee
Stays longer than 10 nights may require an additional mid-stay cleaning fee
Primary renter must be 25 years or older
A $500–$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD will be placed to ensure compliance with house rules (only charged if violations occur)
Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require additional screening/background checks and proof of payment
Funtierland offers a curated collection of Disney-inspired vacation homes, ranging from cozy 2-bedroom condos to spacious 7-bedroom residences. Many properties are within walking distance of the Disney Resort and include access to shared and/or private pools.

Condo was clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Location was excellent. Quick walk to Downtown Disney and walk (or tram) to the parks. We would stay again for Disney trips :)

This was our second stay in a Funtierland property and we loved every minute of it, the house was perfect and had everything we needed and more. The location couldn’t be better and only a short walk to Disney.

Great value! The neighborhood is a little older, but clean and well kept and the location is great. 10 minute walk to downtown Disney and 10 more minutes to the front gates. A couple minor maintenance issues (the ceiling in the kitchen has split, older carpet) but for the price and location, no problem and things were clean and comfortable.

The best thing about this place is the location being walking distance to Disneyland, DTD, and DCA. The place looked warn with chipped flooring and baseboards, flickering lightbulbs in the bathroom, and the lights for the stairs just didn't work at all.
