It was clean, very warm and cozy. A lot of stuff inside enough for a comfortable stay there. The owner was very kind and helpful. Erik waited us to pay for the accommodation until the next day because we arrived late and didn't have cash with us. He also allowed us to stay late in the apartment and check out at 3 pm, so kind of him.
The kitchen hood wasn't working, or maybe I didn't find how to turn it on, but it didn't cause much inconvenience.

Communication with the hosts is always important for me, regardless of all other services. So, here they(Erik and Sabina) are very hospitable, always in touch!
Regarding the apartment: all expectations/descriptions are fully consistent. I want to note the proximity of a lot of attractions, cable route, sea port, many street markets with fresh fruits and food(carrefour), currency exchange, national cuisine, stable Wi-Fi,.
I was satisfied with everything and the view from window was amazing.
P.s. Didi madloba! It would be great to meet you again)
From my point of view: only distance to the beach but the cost of taxi is cheap in Batumi!
