Although there is strict rules it cannot be unsaid that the age of the wooden structer cause alot of noise when walking, thus causing noise for the ground floor occupents. Beds are old causing noise when sleeping, especially if you are a person that rolls around alot during night. If you have children between the ages of 3 to 5 years thats very active than the 1 floor is not for you.

Inform visitors that there aren't Televisions in the rooms. 10h00 check out time is also a bit early.

Overall appearance of the facility is not a very positive experience. The facility is in desperate need of maintenance, full repaint, replace old press wood shelfs with proper shelving, tidy up wiring next to fridge as it can be a fire hazard etc.
