Really can't complain about anything. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but we were kindly accommodated to check in, and we were supposed to check out early, but the event finished late, so we were again accommodated till our event finished to check out without any extra cost.

Beautiful property and gardens with lots of beautiful plants. We had booked 4 of the rooms for our family and we had plenty of space in our rooms that were very comfortable.
The host was very responsive to WhatsApp messages and reassured us as we were caught in traffic due road protests and blocks across the Eastern Cape meaning we were 3 hours delayed. He provided excellent service and ensured we could use a microwave and plates in the common hall and told us to relax after a long journey which made our quick overnight stay feel very comfortable. We enjoyed the shared living area with lots of amazing art work and history and animal books about Oudtshoorn and South Africa.
Excellent service and our daughter already said she wants to see their dog Stitch again.
Nothing. It’s a shame we arrived late and couldn’t take advantage of the beautiful garden during the day time before we had to leave the following morning.

We did not make use of the self catering facilities. Comfortable stay. Wonderful cactus garden.
