About this cottage rental
Adorable house/cottage in Chicorua Ski & Beach Resort on private lot surrounded by trees.
Sit out and relax on the sandy beach of the meticulously clean and spring fed Moores Pond (only a 7 minute walk). The private roads make it safe to walk, jog or bike ride around. Enjoy sitting outside by the fire making smores or having a cocktail. Other amenities offered are basketball ball court and playground for the kids.
It is located in the Lakes region and only a 20 minute drive to North Conway where all the outlets are. For skiing we are close to King Pine and Cranmore is only 25 minute drive.
There are two bedrooms with queen beds & one bathroom with a standup shower.
The area is very peaceful, clean and quaint so would like only peaceful & respectful guests (No parties, loud music or other disturbances is allowed).

Outside amenities are awesome. Kitchen was great and could use a little better lighting over table. Didn’t need A/C much but if it had been hot it may not have reached the bedrooms very well. Communication was excellent and TV worked great. Trash pickup went well.
