Location, deck, brand new Bungalow nicely built.nice appliances, nice beds.

The Garbage in the trash can both in the house and out side full of garbage. Clothes dryer was running with Shower towels inside. Fridge was dirty, dishes in Dish Washer , floors needed sweeping, BBQ was very dirty from being used.. tray under BBQ was full of drippings, cob webs in all the windows and on the out door furniture. Had to kill a couple spiders in the house. The house really didn't seem in order , for guests.. it seemed as if someone was still.staying there!!! Any way the house did not have a fresh clean smell to it... Lol and some was just There the dryer was running.. FYI there's no 8 of clubs in the deck of Cards!!!😆

Safe place with great wildlife. Beds super comfy and deck was wonderful

Could Of Been Better...

The Two Bedroom And Bathroom Was Good Also Having A Back Deck And A Stream Was Nice To Look At When You Could See It.

Over Grown Backyard, Was Hard To See The Stream...There Was No Hot Water At All At This Location... Couldn't Shower So Had To End My Trip Short. Getting The Problem Resolved Wasn't The Best And Refund Was A No Go With Vacasa.

Bad

My family booked two nights here for a fishing trip and ended up leaving a night early because of the homeowner. As we were enjoying our trip we got a call from the house managing service saying that the homeowner had many complaints and was threatening to kick us out. Upon arriving to the house we made sure that we weren’t breaking any rules, for example one of the positives was that the house was pet friendly... so we took our two little lap dogs, but the owner had an issue with us bringing dogs. The owner had many things to complain about that weren’t listed in the “against policy” portion of the rental house such as our boat, the cab over on my dads truck, hooking the cab over up, and that we apparently had 7-8 people in our party (we had 5 and only 3 were staying in the house). We had brought the cab over so my severely autistic brother had a safe space as he has sensory issues and staying at strange houses is a struggle for him, that being said we plugged our cab over in over night to recharge the battery so my brother could have heat for night (again for his sensory issues). The Vacasa agent was great when he tried to help us out but we ended up deciding to leave early because the homeowner had created a very uncomfortable environment for us. Do not recommend unless you are an older couple WITHOUT your lap dogs because the owner does not actually mean it’s pet friendly ;)

The house was lovely, quiet, super clean, but not good value, so don’t feel inclined to return.

It was super clean, lovely , bright spacious. Quiet location. There was no host on site but the Vacasa person I talked with was compassionate and supportive. We were able to make a change in the dates of our stay. (We just needed to arrive and leave one day later )

In my opinion the beds were too firm. The cheap paper coverings on the windows, difficult to raise to let in the view. The lack of supplies in the beautiful kitchen such as cooking oil, or a few condiments. Sloppily folded linens on the weird shelves in the closets. Loved the magnificent bathtub but missed a shower.
