De ruimte en ligging.
Het was voor ons vooraf niet helemaal duidelijk dat je op de bovenverdieping van de eigenaren zit en je door hun hal met een trap naar boven moet. Is toch niet helemaal privé. We hebben er verder geen last van gehad, maar had het graag geweten.
