Für Parkbesuche ok, längerer Aufenthalt nicht denkbar.

Betten sind ok.

Wenn man ins Treppenhaus kommt riecht es extrem nach Nikotin. Die Wohnung ist in einen guten Winkel fotografiert worden, in Natur nicht so großzügig geschnitten. In der Küche fehlen Basics die man eigentlich erwarten würde.

Gute Ausstattung, braucht nur etwas mehr Pflege.

Die Lage ist super und die Wohnung hat eine tolle Ausstattung. Sie wurde auf jeden Fall mit Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet.

Bei der Sauberkeit müssen wir leider Punkte abziehen, da dies definitiv nicht unser Standard entsprochen hat. Auch ist die Wohnung eher nicht für nicht-Raucher/Familien geeignet.
