Exceptional

Thomas was the perfect host! Since I arrived in Roermond very early, he let me check in well ahead of time. I was also lucky that there were no guests expected after me, so I could still store my bags in the apartment after check out. The location is excellent, only 5 min away from the outlet and directly in the city center. The apartment was clean and had everything I could need to be comfortable. I also appreciated finding mineral water, tea bags and chocolates on the table :)

The only improvement area I would suggest is putting a door to the bathroom. I was alone so it didn’t bother me, but it could get uncomfortable if there are 2 people.

Very nice apartment in lovely location in the centre of Roermond. We booked short notice and the extra bed was made up for us.

Excellent stay, excellent place, 4-5 minutes walk to Designer Outlet.

Thomas was an excellent owner and was very helpfull. I arrived quite earlier than check in time with my 6 year old child and helped me a lot. Will definitely choose the same place for further accommodations.

Location was perfect but street noise was little bit disturbing at night time.

Heerlijk verblijf

Super leuk appartementje in centrum Roermond. Fijne keuken en gezellige kamer. Ruime slaapkamer en douche. Voelden ons hier gelijk thuis.

Locatie is centrum dus weet dat de klokken van meerdere kerken in de buurt vanaf ‘s ochtends vroeg loeien (niet alleen het uur maar ook voor aanvang mis).

Tolles 1-Zimner-Appartment in hervorragender Lage

Die Wohnung liegt ideal, in wenigen Minuten ist man ebenso im Outlet wie auch in der schönen Altstadt mit vielen Gaststätten. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Zudem ist sie sehr gemütlich. Für uns war sogar kurz vor Weihnachten ein geschmückter Weihnachtsbaum aufgestellt. Morgens kann man fußläufig sehr gut im "Bagels&Beans" frühstücken. Parken kann man sehr günstig im Parkhaus am Kazerneplein. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr zentral, trotzdem ruhig. Gut ausgestattet, bequemes Bett, sehr ansprechend! Der Vermieter ist sehr gut erreichbar, reagiert schnell und ist sehr geduldig

Der Toilettenbereich wäre noch ansprechender, wenn eine kleine Falttür zur Sicht-/Geräusch-/Geruchstrennung da wäre

Zweiter (aber nicht letzter) Aufenthalt

Die große Wohnung auf zwei Etagen ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und seitdem ich vor einem Jahr hier war, ist auch das Schlafzimmer renoviert worden. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett. Vielen Dank nochmal und bis zum nächsten Mal!

Zentral gelegen und für 1-2 Nächte durchaus ok

Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Die große gläserne Eingangstür und die Fenster gingen direkt auf den Bürgersteig, man saß also auf dem Präsentierteller und konnte nachts nicht bedenkenlos ein Fenster auflassen.

Zentrale Lage eigenes Häuschen

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Es gab sogar Tipps zum parken und Abendessen. Bei der Hitze wurden wir mit Wasser, Obst und Schoki begrüßt. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht. Sehr zentrale Lage direkt am Kanal. Zu Fuß in 2 Minuten in der Stadt in 5 Minuten am Outlet Center. Es gibt eine perfekte Klimaanlage in jedem Raum welche leise ist und gut kühlt. Wir hatten als Familie das Apartment und das Studio. Handtücher und Bettwäsche, Kaffee, Tee, Putzmittel..alles vorhanden und inklusive. Für eine Nacht absolut empfehlenswert!

Es liegt direkt an der Straße. Diese ist sehr laut. Es gibt viele Soundtuner. Die angrenzenden Lokale scheinen im Sommer am Wochenende keine Sperrstunde zu haben. Aber hierfür kann der Gastgeber nichts

Roermond ist eine Reise wert u. die Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr netter Kontakt schon vor der Ankunft mit dem Vermieter. Er ist auch extra nochmal gekommen, um die Schlafcouch herzurichten. Die Lage ist perfekt für eine Städtetour, wir hatten das Auto 3 Tage im naheliegenden Parkhaus stehen. Alles fußläufig super zu erreichen, Innenstadt sowie Outlet Center

Ja mag niet in detail gaan kijken naar de afwerking, eerste oogopslag goed, maar toch een paar mankementen/ mindere afwerking. Indien mogelijk zou het bed ook anders mogen geplaatst worden, zodat er niemand benadeeld is met de schuine wand van het dak en voorzien worden van betere kussens

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir würden das Appartement jederzeit wieder wählen.

Die Lage war perfekt für uns. Das Bett sehr bequem, die Klimaanlage sehr leise, daher war der Raum sehr gut zu temperieren. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig.

Es ist keine Tür vor der Toilette, aber ein sehr guter Abzug

Tolle Lage, tolles Appartement, jederzeit wieder

Tolle Lage, man konnte die Innenstadt und sogar das Outlet bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Die Räume waren geräumig, ein richtiges Badezimmer gibt es zwar nicht, da das Waschbecken im Schlafbereich ist, aber es gab eine sehr schöne Dusche und eine separate Toilette. Ein großes Plus ist die Klimaanlage im Wohn- und Schlafbereich!

Ideale Lage zwischen Outlet und Altstadt,

Tolle Lage, direkt am Kanal und neben der Kathedrale, 10 Minuten vom Outlet und der Altstadt mit Restaurants, Shops etc. entfernt. Sehr schön eingerichteter Wohn- und Essraum / Küche, neues Bad/Toilette. Guter Parkhaus-Tipp vom Gastgeber (6,50 EUR pro Tag).

Angesichts der kalten Witterung war die Beheizung des Hauses nicht ideal, da zum Treppenhaus / Flur keine Türen sind. Wohnraum war warm genug, aber keine Heizmöglichkeit in Toilette bzw. Bad. Außerdem fiel die Ausstattung des Schlafzimmers gegen die des Wohnraumes ab; letzterer war sehr geschmackvoll und neu eingerichtet, Schlafbereich dagegen eher mit "Restmöbeln" - wird vermutlich noch nachgeholt, da Bad und Toilette ganz neu waren.
