La posizione centrale dell'appartamento, a 2 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale e a 1 minuto a piedi dal supermercato e dal parcheggio. L'appartamento era pulito, spazioso e molto luminoso (vetrate enormi in tutto il salotto). L'aria condizionata e l'acqua calda erano perfettamente funzionanti. Bagno pulito e doccia spaziosa e pulita. Cucina moto attrezzata con macchina del caffè, bollitore e tostapane, tutto perfettamente pulito.
Mancanza di una lavatrice, camera da letto un po' piccola, poca privacy dalle finestre del salotto (sarebbe meglio avere delle tendine leggere per coprire la vista lasciando passare la luce). Comunque nessuno ti guarda in casa, nel palazzo di fronte sembrano esserci egli uffici. Il parcheggio nelle vicinanze troppo costoso (14€ al giorno). Non esistono parcheggi gratuiti.
