About this apartment rental
This cute and comfy cottage has it's own private entry off of the street, and easily accessible street parking (no parking permits required, no street sweeping). There is a private deck attached with comfortable seating and views of the garden.
The cottage includes a kitchen with all of your cooking needs, a refrigerator, and a chef quality microwave (you can cook a chicken in it!), and a double burner hot plate for everything else. WiFi is included, as well as a TV, Amazon Firestick, and your own private Netflix account for all your entertainment needs.
Within a two block walk, you'll find a local market, pizza place, pub and restaurant, a bakery/coffee shop, and a Farmer's Market every Sunday.
There are multiple bus stops just down the street which can take you anywhere throughout the East Bay and even to San Francisco. Plus BART is only a fifteen minute jaunt away!

Had a good time staying here. A lot of spider webs and such but it was still enjoyable!
