Peaceful, comfortably furnished, spacious, one-bedroom North Berkeley apartment near shops and restaurants, at a quiet cul-de-sac with large deck overlooking a creek and wooded canyon. Private entry. 14 day minimum stay required.

Fully furnished including all furniture, appliances, dishware, cookware, towels and linens.
Complementary welcome wine, coffee and snacks are provided for your enjoyment. Luxury toiletries provided upon arrival.
Complementary high-speed Wi-Fi.
Private entrance to the apartment is via stairs down to the yard and up to the apartment front door on the deck.

Shared deck and shared yard.

Interaction with guests
Owners reside in the main house. You may or may not see us during your stay due to the separate entrance. We will be available and responsive to guest requests, but will respect guests who prefer no contact.

A peaceful setting overlooking a creek conveniently located added to an interior with everything necessary. The rooms were comfortable with a desk for work. a large couch for reading and a fully stocked kitchen. Access to laundry facilities was a bonus.

Each time I stay (my third time), it feels more and more comfortable. Very cozy, clean and peaceful with scenic backyard. Highly recommend.

This was my second stay and it was equal, if not a better experience than last time. The place has such a great layout and is so comfortable to reside in. And Belinda is so consistently responsive and accommodating. I look forward to my next visit. Highly recommend.
