Peaceful, comfortably furnished, spacious, one-bedroom North Berkeley apartment near shops and restaurants, at a quiet cul-de-sac with large deck overlooking a creek and wooded canyon. Private entry. 14 day minimum stay required.

Complementary welcome wine, coffee and snacks are provided for your enjoyment. Luxury toiletries provided upon arrival.

Private entrance to the apartment is via stairs down to the yard and up to the apartment front door on the deck.

We so enjoyed our stay at this North Berkeley in-law unit. The host was very accommodating and starting our days on the gorgeous deck, overlooking a beautiful canyon, was wonderful.

Our stay couldn’t have been better. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. Check-in was easy, even though we arrived late. Our host generously offered to provide a few grocery items for us, and she responded within minutes every time we reached out to her. The host lives in the house above the apartment, so she was available if needed. The neighborhood where the apartment is located is lovely and quiet, and affords a chance to experience the charm of Berkeley. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return the next time we visit Berkeley.
