Main floor has sunlit living room & dining room & kitchen(w/ flatscreeen smart tv) w/ folding glass doors to deck- let the inside out & the outside in-lounge inside or outside & enjoy the Bay views. Sonos sound system thru out home.
Three bedrooms(one w/ flatscreen smart tv), 1.5 baths -one w/ tub, & laundry room, also on the main floor.

Here with our extended family for our son’s MBA graduation from Berkeley Haas we searched for a perfect place to be together and enjoy our time in CA stress free. Trish’s home is amazing! Comfortable, appointed with everything we could need, comfortable sleeping for everyone and that view! Spectacular! We will definitely look to stay here on future visits and will recommend it enthusiastically. Thanks Trish for being a gracious host and sharing this amazing home.

This place is beyond amazing! We were on a vacation with extended family and this was the perfect spot in so many ways.It looked wonderful in the listing but is even better and more spacious in real life. The views are spectacular! The house itself was very clean and well equipped. The beds were all quite comfortable. Trish was very easy and pleasant to communicate with. We hope to return!

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful house. Great neighborhood and the house is well-equipped with everything needed. The host is welcoming and attentive but not intrusive. Definitely recommend!

I didn’t realize I had left a pair of eye glasses at the house in california until she alerted me and then immediately took them to a service that got them sent to me in chicago quickly .She was proactive and responsive and very very kind. It is also a beautiful home with the most thrilling views of San Francisco Bay, comfortable and gracious.
