With its own private entrance and contactless self check-in, this bright, serene studio is a perfect base for solo travelers and couples. It's ideal for short stays, foodies dining out, and sightseers exploring the Bay Area. You're just a 10-minute drive from UC Berkeley, with easy access to San Francisco, Oakland, and the wider East Bay, plus stunning viewpoints nearby.
The space:
• Comfortable full-size bed with fresh linens, great for solo travelers or couples
• Private entrance with contactless self check-in (smartlock)
• Full ensuite bathroom
• High-speed WiFi, perfect for work or streaming
• Kitchenette for light meals and snacks: mini-fridge, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, complimentary coffee and tea, and disposable tableware
• Access to a beautifully landscaped shared backyard, where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the garden
• Staying 5 nights or more? Enjoy one complimentary load of laundry, done for you. Just ask.
Please note there is no full kitchen and no TV, though the fast WiFi is great for streaming on your own devices. My family lives in the main house, but the atmosphere stays calm and quiet.
Guest access:
You'll have private, exclusive access to the entire studio suite, including the bedroom area and full ensuite bathroom, with your own separate entrance for maximum privacy. You're also welcome to relax in the shared backyard.
