Seabrook is an incredibly beautiful barrier island 25 miles from Charleston's historic district -- where the beaches are unspoiled and not crowded, where deer are routinely seen at dusk and early morning and dolphins swim along side as you walk on the beach.
A place where, if you like the out-of-doors, boredom is not a possibility!
A private island only open to guests and owners. It is enclosed by beautiful beaches on two sides - for walking, sunning, horseback riding, fishing, or just sitting and the remaining two sides offer tidal marshes with its meandering creeks, perfect for kayaking, crabbing or observing some of the more than 150 species of birds found on the island.
A stay and play resort that offers 2 championship golf courses, great tennis, equestrian center, deep sea fishing and so much more.
Not to mention, A sunset from the deck that will be in your memories forever!!!

The location was outstanding and the condo was excellent. The kitchen was a bit small and the decor maybe a bit dated but neither detracted from the experience. We had a great time.

Amazing location on the island! We sat on the deck and watched deer every morning and evening. Best sunset views on the island.

We have had many anniversary celebrations in our 52 years of marriage. Usually spent at Seabrook or Kiawah Islands. This trip was our villa was one of the best ever. The villa is updated and very nicely decorated. Clean with comfortable bed and large sofas plus a very nice chair with an ottoman. The location is one of the best on Seabrook. Look out the living room while seated and see the ocean where it meets the mouth of the Edisto River. We saw dolphins swim by and deer in the small dunes. Even saw a piebald deer. The first in my life. Sunsets are God’s work and breathtaking. Harriet is such a great host and communicates very well. We will definitely be recommending 1319 PelicanWatch to family and friends.
