I liked the customer care from the staff namely Ozgur, Mert and Menal. All were helpful and supportive when we needed any thing

It was in a good location
Rooms were very small, no where to sit to put make up on or do hair, not enough storage for clothes, when we arrived the toilet was broken so we had to move room, it said it had a bar but it wasn't open whilst we were there, I've sent two emails since I've got home for an invoice but not received one
