About this cottage rental
Welcome to Regent Street. A unique cottage – a recent build with clever use of recycling & stylish character touches that create a special atmosphere. This modern well insulated/double glazed home is north facing – catching all day sun and expansive views to Mt Dobson. A log fire ensures cosy winter warmth and double doors open onto a sun-drenched terrace and rear garden for that late afternoon drink or reading spot. Spacious living areas flow from the well equipped kitchen/walk in pantry to open plan dining and the lounge.
Located on the edge of town, it is a 5 minute walk to Fairlie town centre with its cafes, shopping area and the world famous ‘pie shop'.
A golf course, river walk & children’s playground are close by.
Fairlie is an ideal base to explore the McKenzie Country…

• Lake Tekapo & the ‘Dark Sky Reserve’ (30 minutes)
• Tekapo Hot Pools (all year) & outdoor iceskating rink (winter)
• Alps to Ocean Cycle Way
• Lake Opuha (15 minutes)
• Mt Cook (1 hour 45)
& Great fishing. Local guides.

Loved the fire. Beautifully presented and felt like home. Garden was lovely and the amount of extras in the kitchen and laundry was wonderful. Only suggestion is hair dryer in bathroom.

Such a lovely spot, gorgeous garden and view to the mountains, very comfortable home and very well appointed kitchen, it had everything we needed and more!
