Friendly and good for a short stay.

Very friendly and great communication, nice location in the forest, good price.

Someone, I suppose a guest who didn't stick to the house rules, was smoking inside the house (at the window) so the smell was unpleasant. The room was ok for one night, but a little crowded with that big table in the middle.

Staying in House Annaberg serves my needs and it's value for money.

Edine, the Landlady, is always friendly and was very helpful by providing me with a cycle again with which I could visit my mother every day who lives in a Senior centre approx. 2km away. The hotel is located in beautiful, wooded surroundings on a hill. The location is very quiet which suited me very much and the cycling trips were very enjoyable and took me through the woods and past horse paddocks. My booking did not offer breakfast. This didn't bother me as I'm Vegan and Hotels generally don't provide for my dietary needs. However, a communal microwave is provided, as well as a little fridge, a kettle, and some crockery and cutlery in the room. There's also a sink and mirror, and a TV.

Although the hotel is housed in a beautiful old estate with lots of character, the creaky boards can become a little irritating. I also only had use of a communal toilet/shower room. Although it's modern, I would've preferred ensuite. Own transport is recommended as it's not easy to get around from the hotel's location but free parking is provided.

Comfortable room, although toilet and shower down the hall. Long-term guest very helpful in the kitchen. Administrator arranged taxi for me the day before departure.

Isolated location. (But ideal if seeking quiet time in nature) Not really a hotel, more a long-term institution for immigrants. Check-in by institution administrator quite cumbersome. Laundry room dirty, and use of machines not straightforward.

Zimmer 73 meiden!

Sauberes Gemeinschaftsbad Saubere Bettwäsche

Das Zimmer 73 ist eine Zumutung! Das Zimmer befindet sich nicht im Haupthaus, sondern im kleinen Gebäude links. Als ich die Tür aufmachte, kam ein Gestank entgegen. Es roh nach etwas Altem. Kommode und Tisch waren unbenutzbar, da im extrem schlechten Zustand. Die beschädigten Stellen wurden mir TV Player oder Tischläufer verdeckt. Und das schlimmste in diesem Zimmer war der Teppich Boden. Gerissene, schmutzig, übel riechend. Auf keinem Foto ist dieses Zimmer hier zu sehen. Nicht mal so ein Teppichboden. Wahrscheinlich ein „Special room“. Dazu noch im Zimmer war eine große Spinne. Die Tür war befleckt. Nach diesem Geruch muss ich jetzt alle meine Sachen waschen. Igitt Da ich am Mitternacht angereist bin, hatte ich natürlich niemanden mehr zu sprechen…

Lage wunderbar mitten im Wald, Haus: sehr schönes altes "Gemäuer", großes Zimmer mit altem Ambiente, für eine kleine Selbstverpflegung Alles Nötige da, Check in super einfach, nette Menschen, ein gesegneter Aufenthalt

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Arbeiten und Entspannen, wenn man Einfachheit und Naturnähe schätzt.

Haus Annaberg liegt stadtnah, aber mitten im Wald. Ich habe mich dort sehr frei und angekommen gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber liebevoll zusammengestellt. Es ist sehr sauber und vorallem sehr freundlich.

Mit dem Auto muss man einen steilen Berg hinauffahren. Als Flachlandbewohner höchst aufregend. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und ca. 15 minütigem Fußmarsch ist Haus Annaberg aber auch sehr gut zu erreichen.

Selten so gut übernachtet

wunderschöner Park, sehr ruhige Lage mitten im Wald. Romantisch. Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad voll ok, sauber und mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle, Geschirr und Wasserkocher, alles was man braucht. Flexible Anreise, Schlüssel hat gesteckt.. Personal haben wir nicht gesehen, aber es war immer blitzsauber.. Haben uns etwas geärgert, dass wir das noch nicht früher entdeckt haben, ist soviel günstiger und besser als teure Bonner Hotels.

Perfekt für preiswerten Aufenthalt in Bonn

+ sauberes, großes Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht über den Wald + sauberes Bad (wahrscheinlich täglich geputzt und definitiv neu rennoviert) + mit Waschbecken im Zimmer + Personal sehr nett, aber nicht unbedingt immer da

- 10min Fußweg durch einen Waldweg ohne Laternen den Berg hoch, um Hotel zu erreichen - Man fährt ein Stück zum Zentrum von Bonn - recht altes Haus, dementsprechend alte Flure etc. Die Zimmer sind aber hell und renoviert, deswegen fällt das nicht sonderlich ins Gewicht. - hellhörig, Hausbewohner waren aber leise - Dort kochen würde ich auf keinen Fall planen - alte Fenster, könnte im Winter ziehen. Hat aber große Heizungen. War bei 10-15° da und Zimmer war warm.

Zonder ontbijt, maar dat was geen probleem. We wisten dit van tevoren. Omdat het een oud gebouw is, kan het gehorig zijn als je kinderen meeneemt.

De hygiëne in de kamer was fijn. En de bosrijke omgeving was ontspannend.

Er is geen horeca binnen en/of omgeving. Het is aan te raden vooraf boodschappen te doen bij de dichtbijzijnde supermarkt.

Tolle Option für eine Übernachtung am idyllischen Stadtrand von Bonn.

Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Park oberhalb von Bonn. Das ist sehr idyllisch, aber ich war froh, dass wir mit dem Auto angereist sind. Obwohl wir erst mitten in der Nacht ankamen, konnten wir ganz unproblematisch unser Zimmer beziehen. Es gab ein Zimmer, in dem die ganze Familie untergebracht werden konnte. Im Zimmer gibt es einen Kühlschrank und einen Wasserkocher - nächstes Mal werde ich Teebeutel mitbringen.

Gemütlicher Aufenthalt für Familien, aber sehr abseits der Stadt, wenn man ohne Auto ist.

Tolles Zimmer mit gemütlicher Sofaecke und Vintage-Einrichtung. Romantischer Charme, beeindruckender Park mit Spielgelegenheiten für die Kleinen, vertrauensbasierter Empfang, schöne Lage im Wald

Die Jugendlichen hätten sich mehr Sanitätsanlagen gewünscht, für mehr als 2 Nächte in der Hauptsaison wäre es kompliziert geworden. Es liegt sehr abseits von der Tramlinie und Geschäften, wenn man kein Auto hat, das geht aus der Anzeige nicht hervor.

Zum schlafen reicht es

Gute und ruhige Lage Bequeme Betten und gutes Bettzeug

Überall waren Birkenwanzen und Marienkäfer, Kein eigenes Badezimmer, bzw. in der Buchung nicht angegeben das es nur Gemeinschaft Bade und WC Räume gibt sondern die Info erst nach der Buchung. Thema Brandschutz/ Brandmeldeanlage BMA Es gibt eine Hausbrandmeldeanlage die nicht bei der Leitstelle der Feuerwehr aufläuft das ist in soweit i.o. Nur muss für den Fall, wie bei unserem Aufenthalt geschehen, wenn die BMA ausgelöst ist bitte auch darauf geachtet werden das das Evakuierungskonzept umgesetzt wird. Und man als Gast nicht als einziger Bewohner auf dem Sammelplatz steht und nicht mal Bescheid gegeben wird was nun los ist.
