About this house rental
"La Martinière", single-storey house, in La Cotinière, in a charming fishing village, ideally located on the island of Oléron, 150m from the beach and 300m from the port. This charming house is in a very quiet area, a stone's throw from all the shops open all year round.
A pretty garden with trees fully enclosed for the safety of your children and pets. In addition, it is out of sight, with a terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, awning.
A garden shed to shelter your bikes completes this haven of peace.
Private parking + possibility to bring the car inside the property.
You will also find:
1 kitchen open to the living room with spacious dining area
Fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner, etc ....., television, radio, free wifi internet.
2 nicely decorated themed rooms:
- one with a 140x190 bed
- another with two beds of 100x190
Duvets and pillows are provided
Linen is not provided but it is possible to rent it:
15 euros for a single bed
20 euros for a double bed
Towels: 10 euros per person
Otherwise, please bring sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers:
Single bed: 100x190, duvet 140x200
Double bed: 140x190, duvet 220x240
Baby kit available free of charge on reservation:
- a folding bed
- a high chair
- a baby bath
1 bathroom with walk-in shower
1 separate toilet
Free WIFI internet access
Electricity is to be paid according to consumption. The reading is made on your arrival
Pets welcome: flat rate of 60 euros per pet for the entire duration of the stay.

Très bon séjour de 2 semaines dans une agréable maison avec jardin
Endroit idéal pour notre petit fils de 2 ans 1/2 qui pouvait profiter de l'extérieur sans risque.
Propriétaires très sympathiques et cerise sur le gâteau: nous avions le beau temps pendant les 2 semaines
Nous reviendrons sûrement

Jolie maison PROPRE avec un jardin bien exposé et place pour voiture.
Les propriétaires sont accueillants et très sympas.
Un petit chemin nous mène à la mer en qqs minutes et le centre et le port sont à une dizaine de minutes à pied . Idéal pour las amateurs de fruits de mer et poissons.
En conclusion , semaine très agréable (le fond de l'air était un peu frais) dans une location agréable et certainement le secteur de l'ile le plus pittoresque.
Nous reviendrons certainement !!!!

Merci aux propriétaires pour leur disponibilité et leur discrétion.
La location était conforme au descriptif et même au delà...
Nous avons apprécié le calme de la maison tout en étant proche du port et de ses commerces. Nous ne manquerons pas d'y retourner l'année prochaine.

séjour agréable bien qu'il a fallu nettoyer le carrelage afin qu'il ne s'abime pas et balayer l'allée extérieur régulièrement. la salle de bain se résume en un couloir. de plus, l'électricité est en supplément alors que ce n'est pas précisé.
