About this house rental
This is the house that ocean holiday memories are made of!
A 5 min walk to beaches, forest, river, coffee, shops and all the gorgeous walks for which the coast is so famous, La Dolce Vita has stunning views of the ocean from every room.
This beautiful 2-storey, 4 bedroom house is angled to Lorne and Fairhaven, and takes in a 270' view from the Aireys Lighthouse, across the ocean to Lorne, past the mobs of kangaroos on the river flats, and on in to the state forests. The sunsets from all rooms and the deck with BBQ are spectacular.
For your added security, this property is only managed in Australia and we never request payments be made to overseas bank accounts
This is a multi-family OR a romantic getaway house. It has 2 levels - upper with floor-to-ceiling windows, huge kitchen, dining, play and living area, main bedroom (with same views), ensuite and walk-in robe, laundry, and new large bathroom/laundry off living. Free wifi, a wood burning heater and convection heating and AC. The upper level, with sunset views and dimmers, is a couple's delight.
The lower level, although just down the carpeted stairs, allows friends and family to be as close or as distant as you like - it has it's own living area, bathroom, WC and 3 bedrooms ( 3 bunks, two queen)- all with spectacular views, and leads onto an established rose and native garden.
The house is minutes from Gully and Fairhaven beaches, and a 3 minute walk to both the best coffee and best restaurant on the coast.
For cooks, there's an extensively equipped walk-in pantry large enough to hold a party in, and a larder. A huge workbench and serving area, dishwasher, microwave and sharp knives. BBQ on deck.
For the horizontally inclined, there's a bath, 2 widescreen TVs, 4 couches, a large garden with views, 5 beds and a deck ( with views).
For the active, you are minutes from surfing, swimming, beach-walking, all the forest and ridge walks, river walks and cycling. Your house is also walking distance from Blazing Saddles ( horseriding).
For the musical, there's a piano ( and a moderate sound system..)
Pot belly stove, AC and heating upstairs and down.
Space for 4+ cars.

This location and wonderful home is the perfect family stay. Plenty of quiet areas to read or rest and a wonderful main floor to socialize and have meals together. Warm and inviting, close to everything and the sunsets are photo ready.

We had a lovely long weekend at La Dolce Vita. Our group of 7 adults and 3 children found the house provided everything we needed and we enjoyed the peaceful township of Aireys Inlet. Highly recommended.
