This beautifully presented 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach house is perfectly positioned in the heart of Fairhaven, just a short 5-minute stroll to the beach, the Inlet, or local shops. Designed for comfort and relaxation, it features two spacious living areas, ideal for families or couples holidaying together.
Upstairs, the open-plan living, kitchen, and dining zone takes full advantage of stunning views over the ocean, lighthouse, and Painkalac River. Enjoy the warmth of the Jindarra wood heater in cooler months, or stay cool with reverse-cycle air conditioning. Entertainment is easy with Wi-Fi, a TV with Foxtel, and access to a large deck complete with gas BBQ and panoramic coastal views.
The upper level includes:
One queen-sized bedroom
One bedroom with two single beds (can be joined for flexibility)
Family bathroom with a bath
Two decks offering sweeping views
Downstairs is perfectly zoned for additional guests or kids, featuring:
One bedroom with a double bed
One bedroom with a trio bunk (double on bottom, single on top) plus an additional single bed
Second bathroom with a shower
Games room with a ping pong table – great fun for all ages

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
