About this house rental
With an unbeatable & prime location, this newly renovated, spacious home is 400 meters to Sunnymead beach (a real hidden gem). It sits directly opposite a stunning cliff top walk with spectacular views, leading to the lighthouse, awesome walks await! Surrounded by trees, you`ll love the serenity & feel of the high end finish. Ideal for a family or two, with a kids rumpus, walking distance to the shops & Aireys pub (the best on the coast!), the setting is perfect for magical holiday memories.
A beautiful big block with a labyrinth of trees at the front, the kids will love the space outside and inside. This home has just had a full renovation, with new raised/raked ceilings, flooring, heating, bathrooms & kitchen.
There are two living spaces with two smart TV`s connected to Netflix & Stan. Two cupboards full of toys and games and a kids rumpus with bean bags next to the bunk room, this home is an amazing space for families with kids, and will leave you wanting to return.
The new kitchen is fitted with modern appliances, fully stocked & perfect for entertaining. Enjoying back yard with outside dining space and BBQ makes entertaining easy.

Guests will have access to the whole house apart from the garage - there is room for several cars on the driveway and road outside.

There is a Nespresso coffee pod machine at the house if you wish to bring your own pods
Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be realised 7 days after check-out.
