This lovely townhome is located in a Gated community. It is a quiet Neighborhood with walking trail and Swimming Pool. You will have the place to your own. This is a 2 bedroom 2 baths ( each bedroom has its own bath ): 2 Queen beds, 1 Queen Futon, and Sofas in the living room.
It is convenient to Boeing, Bosch, Airport, Airforce.
Close by are Federal Law Enforcement Center, Performance Arts Center, Downtown, etc
30- 40 minutes to the beaches.
The kitchen is well equipped. Linens and towels provided.

Was a nice clean house. First time using vrbo and will definitely use it again. Had a hiccup when first getting in the house, but once we got the key, we were very pleased with the house.

The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the home was a good place to stay but it needed improvements. To start, the living room TV didn’t work but the landlord graciously replaced it with a brand new tv. The bedroom tv was missing the remote but we eventually found it underneath a dresser. There were many cobwebs and spiders inside as well as hornet nests outside near the front door that I took care of myself. We also didn’t have a key fob to access the pool so we had to ask people to let us in. Overall, it seemed like there was no preparation for our stay or there were basic things overlooked. The landlord communicated and tried to address our concerns of which we’re appreciative but there should’ve been more attention paid to basic cleanliness and working condition of amenities in the home.
