Leacon Hall Oast

The property suited us well as a family of 6 with the 2 bathrooms, lounge & kitchen off each other worked well and the garden was fabulous for our 2 young grandchildren with access to it from the kitchen, the garden is a sun trap from sunrise to sunset, lovely for us to enjoy with the great weather we had. The location worked well for us too with places of interest we wanted to see and that we had booked, ie port lympne zoo 20 mins, dymchurch & hythe railway/ & beach 15~20 mins..both well worth a visit and ashford for food shopping a short journey. We would stay at the property again. A nice touch too, the owner Linda left us milk and homemade banana loaf and jam :]

Not a 'not like' !! but for safety, a bath slip mat was not at the property, but when we brought this to the attention of the owner Patrick, he said he will amend this.

A quaint and quiet location in the beautiful Kent countryside.

The property needs some TLC, and bugs were a minor issue.

It was a wonderful Oast House in a glorious Kent Countryside lush green setting. Comfortable beds. Great hosts. We arrived to find some homemade goodies that were delicious. The kitchen is well equipped with milk in the fridge. One of the hosts is also a Chef and we were fortunate to order a seriously tasty 3 course meal, which was delivered to the Oast House. It was a marvellous experience, I highly recommend. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great so we only got to use their outdoor pool once but in the warmer months, this would be a glorious place to swim and rest. We all loved our stay and would come back again.

Beautiful house, perfect for 3 couples, lovely countryside and perfectly furnished. Thank you! We all had a great weekend, wish we stayed longer

Would have been nice to have an ironing board (unless we missed it!). Apart from that it was perfect!!
