The location was a bit confusing but other than that all good.

Beautiful setting. Feeling of being in the woods. Really nice to be able to eat outside on the decking. Nice garden. Mobile home is clean and everything is there to welcome you even a bottle of Prosecco in fridge. Owner super helpful, friendly and responsive. We visited during the heatwave and the owner placed fans in all the rooms which made all the difference.
Very close to Hastings so we had some wonderful days at the beach.
Clearly the owner is a dog lover and I think that the property is probably best suited for other dogs lovers as despite the owner huge efforts to keep everything immaculately clean, there is still a smell of dog lingering.
Also, as it is mostly a residential park, I had the sense that the locals were not hugely welcoming of holiday makers sharing their space.
